We want you to love every piece from Lamode Vault. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items

• Sale or discounted items
• Bespoke or made-to-order pieces
• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange for a different size or colour where stock allows.
