Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your Lamode Vault purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition with all tags attached
Returned in original packaging where possible

How to Return

Email us at hello@lamodevault.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a QR code return label — no printer needed.
Drop your parcel at any of the following locations using your QR code:
- Evri ParcelShop — Find your nearest Evri drop-off
- InPost Locker — Find your nearest InPost locker
- Royal Mail — Find your nearest Royal Mail drop-off
Returns are typically collected within 1–2 business days of drop-off.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return postage is covered by Lamode Vault. No cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Delivery

Standard Delivery — Free

All UK orders qualify for free standard delivery. Standard orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days.

Express Delivery

Need it sooner? Express delivery is available at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
